500 g phyllo dough for the baklava

For the filling:

700 g ground pistachios
200 g butter

For the syrup:

600 g granulated sugar
300 g water
4-5 drops of lemon juice

For the topping:

Maraşım plain flavored ice cream
Maraşım chocolate ice cream

For serving:

Ice Dream vanilla-flavored ice cream


Melt the butter in a pan and remove the pan from the stove. Add chopped dark chocolate. Stir the chocolate and butter until the chocolate melts. Blend the flour, crushed walnuts and chocolate chips, and then stir into the butter mixture. Beat the eggs with sugar until they become a puffy foam, then carefully stir them into the chocolate mixture. Lay the mixture on a tray
covered with baking paper, bake for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 180ºC. Serve with Ice Dream vanilla-flavored ice cream.
