10 pears
For the syrup:
100 ml water 1000 g granulated sugar 6 cloves
For the filling:
200 g ready-made bakers’ custard
For the serving:
Ice Dream walnut-flavored ice cream
Instructions:
Peel the pears and scoop out their cores, making sure to leave the pears whole.Cook pears in the boiling syrup.Place the pears in individual-sized bowls and fill their centers with cream. Serve a la mode with Ice Dream vanilla ice cream
